PROFILE

Born in 1942 in Kumbakonam, she completed her graduate studies in economics at Government College, Kumbakonam. She obtained a post-graduate degree in economics from Stella Maris College, Chennai, affiliated to the Madras University. She  had worked as a school teacher, college lecturer for ten years before specializing in HR management.

She has more than 20 years experience in HR management in a corporate environment.  She has a very special interest in Ecoliteracy, Eco-Awareness and Tamil Literature.

She is a good youth and marriage councillor and has a very unique and informal style of counselling.

She has authored many motivational articles both in English and Tamil and runs a Tamil blog

Her philosophy of life

பசுமை விரும்பி பேச்சின் நடுவிலே மரம் கட்டாயம் எட்டிப்பர்ர்த்து ஹலோ சொல்லும். மரங்கள் மேம்பாடு மட்டுமல்ல மனிதவள மேம்பாட்டிலும் 22 வருடங்கள். மனிதவள மேம்பாட்டுத்துறையில் உயரத்தில் இருப்பவர்களது சக்தியும் ஆற்றலும் அவர்களால் உந்தப்பட்ட குழுவின் சக்தியும் ஆற்றலும் மட்டுமே என்பதின் முழு நம்பிக்கை. மக்களோடு பகிர்ந்து கொள்வதில் மனமகிழ்ச்சி; அவர்கள் சுகத்திலும் மகிழ்ச்சி. அவர்கள் பிரச்சினைகளை அவர்களோடு அலசி ஆராய்ந்து காயப்படாமல் வெளிக்கொணர்வதிலும் மகிழ்வே. ஒரு நிறுவனத்தின் வெற்றி அங்குள்ள மற்றபல திறமையான குழுக்களைவிட மனிதவள மேம்பாட்டுத் துறை சிறப்புற பணியாற்றுவதிலேயே உள்ளது என்ற கருத்து எனக்கு இசைவாய் இருக்கிறது. எப்போதும் எல்லோருக்கும் என்னிடமிருந்து செல்வ‌து ந‌ல்ல எண்ண அலைக‌ளே, ந‌ல்ல எண்ண அலைக‌ள் ம‌ட்டுமே. எந்த நிலையிலும் இந்தக் கதை தொடர வளர வேண்டும்....... இது எனது பேராசை.....
